Hauler Hero is hiring an Implementation Associate (SaaS)

Responsibilities

  • Lead new clients through onboarding, from initial setup to live deployment
  • Customize account settings, routes, user roles, and system configurations to align with client operations
  • Import, organize, and verify client data to ensure precise system initialization
  • Oversee several onboarding projects at once, maintaining adherence to schedules and key deliverables
  • Provide transparent updates on project status, potential risks, and upcoming actions to stakeholders
  • Record configuration choices and setup specifics to enable seamless transition to support and success teams
  • Detect and report project obstacles or delays as soon as they arise
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to highlight common onboarding issues and suggest improvements
  • Help develop and refine internal guides, checklists, and documentation to enhance scalability of onboarding
