Role Description As an Implementation Associate, you'll collaborate with the Implementation team, reporting to the Team Lead. Your primary responsibility involves evaluating client HR and payroll requirements to ensure optimal platform configuration. Key Focus Areas: - Coordinate training sessions, develop implementation schedules, guide client onboarding, troubleshoot challenges, and provide continuous consultation - Engage cross-functionally with Support, Client Success, Payroll Services, Technical Support, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams - Synchronize with Sales and partnership departments to align service level agreements - Manage a rotating client portfolio of approximately 30 implementations - Conduct periodic pipeline reviews to monitor progress and identify potential obstacles - Generate comprehensive monthly implementation reports - Support Know Your Customer/Know Your Business compliance processes - Identify opportunities for operational optimization - Resolve client concerns promptly - Collect and communicate client feedback to product teams - Ensure seamless client transitions between implementation and support teams Ideal Candidate Profile: - 2-3 years SaaS implementation or project management experience - Minimum 1 year hands-on payroll expertise with Canadian regulatory knowledge - Superior organizational and project management capabilities - Analytical approach to metrics tracking and performance assessment - Exceptional interpersonal communication skills - Solution-oriented mindset - Technology proficiency - Startup environment experience preferred Our Offerings: - Fully remote work arrangement - Cutting-edge professional tools - Collaboration with ambitious colleagues - Employee stock ownership opportunities - Comprehensive benefits package including: * Generous parental leave * Subsidized reproductive health options * Work-from-home equipment budget * Professional development resources We celebrate diversity and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
