A.K.A New Media is hiring an Impact Development Associate

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with an organization focused on meaningful social outcomes
  • Drive measurable change by supporting mission-driven groups with essential technology for fundraising and operations
  • Understand, present, and clearly communicate the organization's core benefits and long-term impact to new partners
  • Proactively engage and refer potential clients to the platform
  • Utilize diverse communication methods to connect with audiences through their preferred channels
  • Conduct research on nonprofit organizations currently benefiting from the platform
  • Apply modern digital tools to track and share progress internally
  • Provide regular updates on performance metrics and relay questions or insights across teams
  • Support educational campaigns aimed at strengthening the nonprofit community
  • Assist in developing structured proposals for prospective partners

Responsibilities

  • Work with a purpose-driven company
  • Create real impact by helping organizations behind important causes get the tech they need to successfully fundraise and carry on their missions
  • Learn, demonstrate, and articulate our value proposition and impact to new organizations
  • Fearlessly spread the word and introduce prospective clients to raisin
  • Leverage multiple channels of communication to meet people where they are
  • Perform research on not-for-profit organizations that we are successfully serving
  • Use our modern tools to communicate progress across the organization (Hubspot, Slack)
  • Share updates on performance, communicate questions and feedback across raisin
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to educate the not-for-profit ecosystem
  • Participate in creation of formal proposals
