Cirrus Real Estate GmbH seeks entrepreneurial Real Estate Developers (Co-Developers) for a true partnership model. You will find and pitch development projects, taking the lead role while we provide capital, structuring, financing, and coaching. This is not an employee role; you will act as a managing partner and shareholder in the project company.
What You'll Do
- Find the best real estate deals and development projects in your region and pitch them for assessment.
- Lead the due diligence process for the purchase of your identified projects.
- Be in the driver's seat for successful operational execution.
- Acquire the property together with the company and serve as the managing director of the property company.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable, substantial successes in real estate development (e.g., Fix & Flip, renovation, rental, change of use, land development).
- Extremely high level of motivation and self-initiative.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
Team & Environment
You will operate in a partnership/co-developer model (not as an employee), working directly with a small, agile team of 1-10 employees. The company culture is courageous, creative, diligent, and committed, focusing on sustainable and qualitative long-term development.
