Paired (Client Company) is looking for an Immigration Specialist to join a US-based law firm. In this remote role, you will provide expert guidance on immigration matters, prepare and review applications, and manage cases from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert guidance to clients on immigration processes, policies, and legal issues.
- Prepare and review immigration applications and petitions for completeness and compliance.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on immigration laws and regulations.
- Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation for visa applications and filings.
- Communicate effectively with clients and government agencies regarding case status and requirements.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in immigration processes and best practices.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all cases.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of immigration case management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Immigration Specialist or similar role within an immigration law firm.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US immigration laws and procedures.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with immigration case management software.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to client service.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
