Mangone Law Firm, LLC is hiring a remote Immigration Junior Paralegal or Legal Assistant (Bilingual). This role focuses on humanitarian immigration cases, requiring a bilingual professional to draft legal documents, take client declarations, and maintain direct client communication.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa)
- Experience taking declarations and drafting legal documents
- Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Strong command of written drafting, grammar, syntax, and legal style
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong client communication skills with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- High level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, workflows, and legal concepts
- Client-focused mindset with sensitivity to humanitarian cases
- Analytical thinking and ability to organize facts logically
- Adaptability to changes in case requirements or regulations
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive compensation: Base hourly pay between $7–$12 USD/hour, depending on experience, with increases after six months
