Galderma is hiring an IDS Excellence Lead to join our Global Product Strategy (GPS) team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our Integrated Dermatology Strategy (IDS) approach is consistently integrated and executed across globally sponsored International Congresses, key internal events, and core business processes. You will be central to driving strategic alignment and operational excellence on a global scale.
What You'll Do
- Define, own, and lead the proper execution of the IDS roadmap, its key initiatives, and tactics.
- Serve as the single point of contact and coordinator for the GPS Team for all GPS-sponsored International Congresses and the Global Leaders Forum (GLF).
- Act as the global end-to-end process owner for key IDS processes such as Annual Brand Planning (ABP), Marketing Excellence (MEX), and the Global Strategic & Operational Forum (GSOF).
- Own and manage the GPS budget for IDS-related projects, GPS-led external congresses, ABP/MEX and GSOF processes, and the GLF.
- Ensure a clear strategy is in place and executed for every chosen global event, coordinating development with franchise heads, events, and corporate communications.
- Lead the IDS Excellence team and manage all related activities to deliver on defined annual priorities.
- Ensure Galderma fully leverages applicable technology and AI to deliver a best-in-class customer experience within the IDS scope.
- Coordinate all related activities internally and externally as necessary.
- Handle all related internal communication and change management activities.
- Ensure alignment and project management for all matters related to the role scope.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education degree.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing, marketing management, marketing excellence, or major programs/projects management within FMCG, CPG, Consumer Health, or Pharma.
- Professional qualification in marketing, brand management, project management, or change management.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Extensive cross-functional experience with the confidence to work effectively across a global matrix enterprise and influence with authority.
- A strong team player.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in other major European languages.
