Responsibilities
- Execute a strategic business plan that creates mutual value for the organization and customers, driving sustainable growth and long-term sales objectives.
- Evaluate customer data to offer consultative solutions in coordination with field sales and internal resources to meet client needs and business targets.
- Drive account strategy execution and work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, specialists, and product divisions on key initiatives.
- Manage internal coordination to ensure smooth deployment of product offerings and integrated solutions.
- Assess, design, and execute strategies aimed at expanding market share and driving business growth.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators such as pricing accuracy and order fill rates.
- Lead and assist in major projects, product transitions, and implementation processes.

Compensation
This position is eligible for bonuses and/or incentives. Actual pay depends on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Compensation will not fall below applicable minimum wage or salary requirements.
