Medline Industries, LP is hiring an IDN Executive Account Director to oversee and lead our sales efforts within assigned key health systems. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining consultative sales relationships across a diverse customer base, including Hospitals, Physician Offices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Post-Acute facilities, and for implementing strategies that support customer needs.

What You'll Do

• Establish and deliver sales through consistent calls and a regularly scheduled itinerary within your assigned territory.
• Become knowledgeable of all phases of the customer's business and, with support from Medline teams, establish and lead the implementation of strategies to introduce and implement Medline programs and/or products.
• Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all customers within the health system organizations.
• Respond to and implement changes and/or new information that impact the customer.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of sales experience, or 8 years of sales experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in a full cycle sales environment.
• At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.
