About the Role

The Technical Account Manager ensures customer success by delivering technical guidance, monitoring platform usage, and coordinating issue resolution for identity security solutions in the DACH and Benelux regions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients
  • Monitor customer health and drive adoption of security tools
  • Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Conduct regular success reviews and technical check-ins
  • Identify and escalate risks to customer retention
  • Guide clients through onboarding and implementation phases
  • Track product usage and recommend optimization strategies
  • Facilitate communication between customer and internal teams
  • Support incident resolution with technical troubleshooting
  • Maintain detailed account records and success plans
  • Advocate for customer needs in product feedback loops
  • Coordinate responses to service disruptions
  • Deliver training sessions on platform capabilities
  • Monitor service-level agreements and performance metrics
  • Assist in renewal preparation with usage insights
  • Promote best practices in identity governance
  • Track customer environment changes impacting integration
  • Escalate critical bugs to engineering teams
  • Review security configurations for compliance
  • Support integration with customer IT systems
  • Provide input on customer onboarding improvements
  • Document technical account milestones
  • Assist with change management communication
  • Ensure alignment with customer business goals
  • Report on customer satisfaction trends
