Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in identity and access management principles, tools, and industry standards.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and analysis with strong knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP, as well as single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and access governance technologies.
- Effective communication abilities and capacity to operate both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Oversight of IAM procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and timely resolution of compliance deviations.
- Execution of risk evaluations and proposal of corrective actions to reduce potential threats.
- Support in identifying, analyzing, and documenting security events related to identity and access, with recommendations to strengthen defenses.
- Coordination with IT, security, and business units to ensure IAM frameworks support broader business objectives.
- upkeep of accurate IAM documentation and delivery of training on access governance and compliance protocols.
