Ampol is looking for an IDAM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will implement and manage our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring appropriate access to resources while enhancing security, compliance, and user experience across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor IAM processes for compliance and address non-compliance issues promptly.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Assist in investigating and reporting IAM-related security incidents, providing insights to prevent future incidents.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to align IAM governance with organizational goals.
- Maintain documentation of IAM processes and deliver training programs on IAM governance and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
- Developing and enforcing access control policies to ensure secure and compliant access to systems and data.
- Automating user provisioning and de-provisioning to streamline access management.
- Implementing and managing SSO and MFA solutions for enhanced security and user convenience.
- Maintaining and optimizing directory services like Active Directory and LDAP for efficient identity management.
- Ensuring IAM processes comply with regulations and support audits.
- Assisting in investigating and resolving IAM-related security incidents.
- Collaborating with IT, security, and business teams to integrate IAM solutions.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for IAM processes.
- Providing training and support on IAM topics and tools.
