Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance SailPoint ISC/IDN Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.
- Collect and document technical requirements and system design specifications.
- Serve as a technical authority during client-facing discussions and consultations.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, architecting, and deploying IGA solutions using SailPoint ISC/IDN.
- Familiarity with standard connectors such as Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, web services, and authoritative sources like SAP and Workday.
- Working knowledge of XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience setting up workflows for employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
- Configured user access review campaigns to ensure compliance and proper entitlements.
- Implemented segregation of duties policies to enforce security controls.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and practices.
- Strong communication abilities for creating technical documentation and delivering presentations.
- Capable of leading technical conversations about IGA with both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- SailPoint IDN/ISC Engineer certification is strongly preferred.
