Culina Group is hiring a Hygiene Operative

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor compliance with internal and client-specific hygiene standards according to established policies and procedures
• Keep warehouse workspaces consistently clean and well-organized
• Follow the designated hygiene schedule to clear debris from automated zones at specified intervals
• Assist with cleaning tasks in key operational zones including loading docks, picking zones, and receiving areas
• Communicate hygiene-related updates clearly across shifts to team members and supervisory staff
• Verify cleaning tools are functional and properly stored, reporting any damaged or missing equipment to management
• Consistently follow documented risk assessments and safety protocols during all tasks

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Company and Customer hygiene standards are maintained and monitored in line with the companies systems, policies and procedures
• Maintain a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness in the areas of the warehouse
• Working inside the current Hygiene schedule, ensure that all automated areas are clear of debris at the required interval
• Provide cleaning support to other areas within the warehouse such as Loading Area, Picking Area and Goods Inwards Area
• Ensure that clear communication between shifts, on hygiene issues are relayed to co-workers and duty management team
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is fit for purpose, stored in the correct place and any missing and defective equipment is removed and reported to the duty management team
• Ensure that all risk assessments and safe systems of work are adhered to at all times

• Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
• Working hours: 07:00 - 19:00
• Role involves cleaning automated areas, loading area, picking area, and goods inwards area
• Must ensure clear communication between shifts on hygiene issues
• Must report missing or defective cleaning equipment to duty management team
• Must adhere to all risk assessments and safe systems of work
