Toast is hiring a Hybrid Development Representative for our early careers program. This entry-level B2B sales role is your launchpad into a sales career, where you’ll generate high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives by connecting with restaurant owners.
What You'll Do
- Complete at least 100 outreach activities daily via calls, emails, and social media.
- Host qualification calls to understand prospect needs and the potential fit for Toast's platform.
- Schedule meetings for qualified prospects with the appropriate Account Executive.
- Learn and execute different outreach methods to prepare for a dedicated xDR position.

After performing as an HDR, you will specialize into an Account Development Representative (ADR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) role.

- Compensation: $63,000—$101,000 USD
