Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd. is hiring an HVAC Technical Branch Service Manager to be fully responsible for organizing and operating the Technical Support Services function for the branch. This remote role requires you to reside between North of Ft. Pierce and Tampa, Florida.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for YORK products to customers regarding installation, application, service problems, and performance issues via phone or on-site.
- Support branch personnel with application and technical information for previous, current, and new products.
- Facilitate HVAC contractor training.
- Supervise, monitor, and fulfill warranty obligations on the UPG product line.
- Develop, assemble, and/or facilitate technical, service, and product training for contractors.
- Assist branch personnel in determining necessary parts inventory for new products or parts related to service letters.
- Resolve customer complaints by working with the dealer, consumer, and factory customer relations towards the highest possible resolution.
- Advise and distribute Service and Service-Tips letters as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- 10+ years of HVAC (residential & commercial) field experience as a successful service manager or with a Distributor/OEM.
- Ability to travel up to 40% within your area.

- Effective teaching abilities; ability to conduct classroom HVAC trainings with contractors.
