Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home consultations to evaluate heating and cooling requirements
- Present customized HVAC solutions based on home conditions and customer preferences
- Finalize sales agreements during the initial visit with a consultative approach
- Explain system benefits, financing options, and service plans clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a background in direct sales, particularly in environments requiring immediate close results. Prior experience in in-home sales settings is highly preferred.
