The HVAC Mobile Engineer carries out preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems, industrial machinery, and vehicles. The role ensures all operations meet safety standards and adhere to client requirements, supporting reliable and compliant facility function.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance and repair work on mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to maintain compliance with applicable standards.
- Evaluate work orders, estimate required time and materials, and maintain sufficient inventory of tools and supplies.
- Carry out preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and handle emergency repairs as needed.
- Inspect building and industrial systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to confirm performance meets design specifications and client environmental needs.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, government requirements, and internal safety policies.
- Operate company-provided vehicles to support daily maintenance and repair tasks.
- Apply advanced knowledge of standard engineering principles and techniques to solve complex technical problems.
- Mentor team members and share specialized expertise across multiple technical disciplines.
