CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is hiring an HVAC Mobile Engineer to join our Engineering and Technical Services team. In this mobile role, you will provide critical support, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs to maintain building systems and ensure operational excellence for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Oversee maintenance and repairs for mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to keep facilities up to applicable standards.
- Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials for repairs, and manage an inventory of supplies and tools.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
- Oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as required.
- Inspect building and industrial systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to confirm equipment operates within design capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to operations and safety.
- Operate a company-issued vehicle in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others, sharing deep expertise in your discipline and broad knowledge across related functions.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, working to build consensus.
- Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities within your team and related groups.

Team & Environment
This position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. You will operate in a mobile work mode, traveling to various client sites.
Work Mode
This is a mobile role, requiring travel to client facilities to perform on-site maintenance and repairs.
