Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and modify P&ID diagrams for advanced HVAC systems
- Perform hydraulic network calculations using specialized software and choose suitable components
- Choose key parts of HVAC systems including chillers, water pumps, and expansion units
- Apply redundancy principles during design and implementation phases
- Collaborate with other technical disciplines to ensure functional and spatial integration
- Design and execute control strategies for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Support commissioning activities for HVAC installations in industrial or data center settings
- Produce 3D models of system layouts
- Generate schematic drawings and technical diagrams
- Extract bills of quantities and perform associated calculations
