What You'll Do
As the HR leader for a major industrial site, you will shape and execute the people strategy for around 2000 employees. You'll work closely with plant leadership to advance talent development, organizational effectiveness, and a culture rooted in inclusion, accountability, and continuous growth.
You'll ensure HR policies are consistently applied across the employee lifecycle—from hiring to offboarding—while maintaining compliance with local regulations and internal governance. You'll lead efforts to strengthen leadership quality, embedding the organization’s core leadership model across all levels through coaching, routines, and development initiatives.
Your role includes advancing digital capabilities within HR through analytics, automation, and HRIS systems. You’ll assess and improve key performance indicators, ensuring HR services meet high standards of efficiency and impact. You’ll also lead change initiatives, manage risks, and support managers with tools and training that balance performance expectations with employee well-being.
Building strong relationships with employee representatives is essential. You’ll maintain open, constructive dialogue and collaborate with unions, government bodies, and academic partners to strengthen the site’s local presence. You’ll also contribute to corporate social responsibility and sustainability efforts, connecting the site with the broader community.
You’ll localize the company’s global talent and employer branding strategies, ensuring competitiveness in recruitment, compensation, and retention. By leading workforce planning and learning initiatives, you’ll support employability and lifelong development. You’ll also design and measure a differentiated employee experience, using engagement insights to guide improvement and foster psychological safety.
