Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the Director of Human Resources in the daily operations of the HR division. Your primary focus will be maintaining compliance and supporting our team.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Director of Human Resources to ensure the team runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain all associate records, including tracking annual leave, business trips, and medical leave.
- Help ensure the hotel adheres to all Company and Hotel Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing and strictly following all government-stipulated associate legislation.
- Manage the hotel's associate welfare programmes to ensure benefits remain relevant and competitive locally.
What We're Looking For
- This position is open exclusively to Thai citizens, as required by Thailand labor law regulations.
Team & Environment
You will assist the Director of Human Resources and report directly to them.
Work Mode
This role is performed fully onsite at the hotel.
