- Develop and deliver HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on performance appraisals and development plans
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Advise on job descriptions and role classifications
- Monitor HR metrics and report on key indicators
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across the firm
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage absence and attendance records
- Support payroll processes with accurate data
- Handle exit interviews and offboarding procedures
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
- Ensure HR practices align with company values
- Maintain confidentiality in all HR matters
- Contribute to HR project work and system improvements
