What You'll Do
Lead the design and execution of HR initiatives that support organizational success. Guide end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing top talent to onboarding, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Champion employee engagement through meaningful programs that reflect a commitment to a respectful and inclusive workplace.
Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal policies, minimizing risk and promoting ethical practices. Partner with leadership across departments to strengthen performance management, resolve employee concerns, and advance organizational growth. Develop and oversee training initiatives that build leadership and enhance workforce capabilities.
Manage compensation structures and benefits offerings, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. Play a central role in cultivating a workplace culture rooted in continuous improvement, accountability, and mutual respect.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
- Track record in designing and implementing HR strategies
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Background in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Direct experience leading training and professional development programs
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic mindset with strong organizational and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in asset management or financial services
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
