Strategic Leadership
Develop and align talent strategy with organizational priorities, focusing on leadership pipelines, succession planning, and future capability needs. Partner with senior leaders to assess organizational health, identify critical roles, and build resilient leadership benches. Guide change initiatives with a focus on adaptability, inclusion, and performance excellence.
Culture and Organizational Development
Lead culture transformation by embedding core values into everyday practices, decision-making, and leadership expectations. Design and implement employee listening strategies using engagement surveys, focus groups, and qualitative insights. Translate feedback into actionable development programs and systemic improvements that support a high-performance, inclusive environment.
Learning and Capability Building
Architect a modern learning ecosystem leveraging digital platforms, experiential methods, and social learning. Oversee the creation of role-specific curricula, enterprise academies, and career pathways that support internal mobility. Use learning analytics to measure impact and refine delivery models for continuous improvement.
People and Systems Integration
Develop competency frameworks, job architectures, and performance enablement strategies that align with evolving business needs. Champion data-informed decision-making using talent analytics and HR technology systems. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and deploy scalable solutions.
Team and Program Leadership

Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or learning leadership. Strong business acumen, data literacy, and experience with digital learning platforms, HRIS systems, and AI-enabled talent tools are key to success.
