What You'll Do
Shape and execute integrated strategies that advance talent, learning, and organizational development across the enterprise. Partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning with business objectives, ensuring leadership continuity and agility in evolving markets.
Design and lead culture initiatives that foster inclusion, engagement, and values-based behaviors. Implement listening strategies such as surveys and focus groups to assess organizational health and inform targeted interventions. Translate insights into action by embedding cultural priorities into daily operations and decision-making processes.
Build and manage a modern learning ecosystem using digital platforms, blended modalities, and experiential methods. Oversee the creation of role-specific curricula, leadership academies, and on-the-job development programs that enhance capability at scale. Use learning analytics to measure impact and refine approaches over time.
Develop competency frameworks, career pathways, and performance enablement practices that support internal mobility and continuous growth. Lead succession planning efforts and identify high-potential talent to ensure a strong leadership pipeline. Facilitate leadership workshops and team effectiveness sessions to drive alignment and organizational change.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least 8 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or learning leadership
- Demonstrate success leading large-scale talent transformations with measurable improvements in workforce capability and performance
- Have a proven ability to align talent strategy with business needs, balancing operational insights with HR leadership
- Bring expertise in competency modeling, culture assessment, and employee feedback systems
- Use data and analytics to guide decisions, evaluate program effectiveness, and forecast future capability gaps
- Apply a systems mindset to leverage technology, AI, and digital tools in talent solutions
- Excel in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and influencing without authority
