As the Senior Manager Communications and Engagement, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy that advances the program’s objectives and strengthens public understanding of its impact. Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure all messaging aligns with Australian Government expectations while maintaining a consistent, professional brand presence across regions.
What You'll Do
You will guide a geographically diverse communications team, setting clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment that supports high-quality output. This includes mentoring team members, establishing priorities, and ensuring responsiveness to stakeholder needs—particularly those of the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
Collaborate closely with program leads and technical teams to identify strategic moments for visibility and engagement. You will oversee the creation of targeted social media strategies, manage digital platforms to serve as an accessible knowledge resource, and ensure content resonates with key audiences in priority countries.
