What You'll Do
Collaborate with managers to assess team skills and define competency frameworks that guide employee growth. Design and manage development plans using structured processes, supported by HR technology systems. Generate reports on professional development aligned with CNESST standards and contribute to performance review cycles, including calibration and compensation adjustments.
Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement by analyzing survey data and advising leadership on actionable improvements. Support managers in addressing performance concerns, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations. Help shape recruitment strategies by defining selection criteria, reviewing candidates, and ensuring new hires are effectively onboarded and supported during their initial months.
Develop and maintain benefits and wellness programs that reflect organizational values and legal requirements. Contribute to HR communications by clarifying policies and addressing employee inquiries. Oversee payroll validation across Canada, the U.S., and Europe, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Partner on salary structure design, benchmarking, and internal equity assessments, with updates guided by strategic goals.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development
- Have at least five years of HR experience, ideally in organizations operating across multiple regions or countries
- Demonstrate practical expertise in performance management, talent development, and employment law compliance
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both French and English, written and verbally
- Use HRIS platforms such as Workleap, ADP, FolksHR, Nethris, OfficeVibe, and Remote EOR with confidence
- Work effectively with teams at all levels, including senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications
CRHA or CRIA certification is an asset.
