About the Role

FoundryCo, Inc. is seeking a confident and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources, you will lead all HR initiatives for our U.S.-based employees, acting as a trusted partner to the business.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted change agent, helping leaders and teams navigate organizational change with communication, clarity, and empathy.
  • Partner closely with functional leaders to understand business priorities and ensure organizational structures support current and future needs.
  • Drive an exceptional employee experience by supporting onboarding strategy and managing offboarding processes.
  • Lead and resolve employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Coach managers through performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Promote consistency in HR policies and practices across the organization.
  • Support reorganizations, workforce planning, and broader organizational development initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR team members to deliver cohesive, high-impact HR programs.
  • Provide guidance on compensation planning, partnering with managers for fair and data-informed decisions.
  • Independently manage recruitment for roles when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager experience.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to influence and form relationships with senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with employees across all levels.
  • Prior recruiting experience and the ability to develop creative business solutions.
  • Experience facilitating resolutions in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of US employment law and legal compliance.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Global Head of Human Resources.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000.

This is a hybrid role based in the Boston area.
