Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to support the HR Manager across key areas including Recruitment and Selection, Social Responsibility, Onboarding, KPIs, and Internal Communications. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to a respectful and diverse workplace.
What You'll Do
- Support the HR Manager by gathering information and preparing spreadsheets to facilitate decision-making.
- Manage topics related to Recruitment and Selection, social responsibility, training and development, KPIs, and internal communication.
- Handle personnel movement demands (promotions, transfers, reclassifications) by collecting and executing the required data.
- Conduct selection interviews for operational and tactical levels and ensure the Recruiting and Selection processes.
- Coordinate and guide approved candidates through medical exams and documentation procedures.
- Oversee and conduct the onboarding of new employees, providing necessary assistance.
- Gather and monitor area KPIs monthly, maintaining good results and seeking improvements.
- Build an Employee Climate Action Plan with other areas and maintain governance on the topic.
- Assist the HR Manager in fulfilling legal quotas (apprentices & PWDs) and monitor leaves and plans to increase inclusion and diversity.
- Assist the HR Manager on topics related to Health Management and absenteeism.
- Ensure company communications are disseminated on boards, banners, marketing pieces, etc.
- Ensure information is gathered from employees receiving study grants and passed on to the Payroll Controller area.
- Ensure work tools are provided for new hires and/or transfers according to policy.
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher education.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience as an HR business partner.
