Role Overview
Provide psychiatric care to patients across Georgia through a fully digital platform designed for efficiency and privacy. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you’ll conduct diagnostic interviews, manage treatment plans, and deliver follow-up care via secure video sessions, all on a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial psychiatric evaluations for new patient referrals
- Deliver regular follow-up sessions for ongoing patient management
- Conduct video-based consultations using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth system
- Enter clinical notes and maintain records through an intuitive digital interface
- Adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress and needs
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians as needed for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Georgia
- Minimum of two years of experience prescribing psychiatric medications
- Valid DEA registration and individual NPI number
- Completed and signed CAQH profile on file
- Supervisory or collaborating physician agreement in place, or willingness to establish one
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Independent malpractice insurance with at least $1 million per occurrence and $3 million in aggregate coverage
Technology & Environment
Work is conducted entirely through a secure, mobile-compatible platform featuring integrated video calling and electronic health record functions. All communications meet HIPAA standards through encrypted transmission and compliance with business associate agreements.
Compensation & Flexibility
You’ll earn $110 for each initial patient evaluation (45–60 minutes) and $30–$85 per follow-up session (10–49 minutes), based on duration. There are no administrative duties or overhead costs—just direct clinical work. Set your own hours and work remotely from any location within Georgia.
