Responsibilities
- Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops)
- Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects
- Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring
- Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack
- Support data migration, cleanup, and QA
- Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility
- Document system architecture and implementation decisions
- Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment
Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations
- Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise
- Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring
- Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware)
- Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA
- Strong documentation and handoff discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Client-facing delivery or consulting experience
Nice to Have
- HubSpot certifications
- RevOps or GTM operations background
- Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions
- Familiarity with automation/integration tools (e.g., Make, Zapier)
- Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards
Additional Information
- Type: One-time contract
- Duration: Fixed-scope implementation
- Focus: Architecture, build, QA, and handoff (no ongoing admin required)
