ScaleStation is hiring a HubSpot Solutions Architect to design and implement technical integrations connecting HubSpot with third-party systems. You will own projects from concept to deployment, translating client needs into robust workflows using HubSpot Operations Hub, middleware, and custom APIs. You’ll join a lean, fully remote team operating across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

What You'll Do

Work with internal and client teams to define integration requirements and solution architectures.
Review API documentation to assess system capabilities and design integration workflows.
Build integrations using HubSpot custom-coded workflows, middleware tools like Make.com and Zapier, and direct API development in JavaScript (Node.js) or Python.
Perform QA, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with project managers to keep projects on track.
Identify risks, blockers, and technical recommendations early in the delivery process.
Contribute to the productisation of repeatable solutions and reusable components.
Stay ahead of HubSpot releases and emerging integration technologies.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in systems integration and solution engineering.
Confident working with REST APIs, HubSpot Operations Hub, and middleware tools.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript (Node.js) and/or Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reusable components.
Can manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping the ball.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
