Responsibilities
- Lead complex HubSpot implementations, migrations, and re-architecting projects
- Design scalable CRM architectures across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hub
- Build advanced workflows, automation, lifecycle logic, lead scoring, and routing
- Create custom objects, properties, pipelines, permission sets, and governance models
- Own data migrations and integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, APIs, Zapier, etc.)
- Establish CRM and data hygiene standards that support reliable reporting and forecasting
- Build advanced reporting and dashboards for exec, RevOps, sales, and marketing teams
- Translate RevOps strategy into clean, usable HubSpot solutions
- Act as a trusted HubSpot and RevOps advisor to B2B clients
- Lead discovery, solution design, and technical decision-making
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deliver documentation, Looms, and enablement to ensure long-term adoption
- Manage project timelines, scope, and expectations proactively
- Identify expansion opportunities and ongoing optimization needs within accounts
