NASTAD is hiring a HubSpot Administrator

About the Role

Uvation is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to take operational ownership of our HubSpot CRM platform. You will be responsible for system management and optimization, directly supporting key business functions like Sales and Marketing by ensuring data integrity, enhancing user adoption, and contributing to automation initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Own HubSpot setup, including managing users, permissions, custom objects, properties, and workflows.
  • Assist with integrations with platforms to maintain data integrity and cross-functional visibility.
  • Create and schedule emails, build simple workflows, help troubleshoot user issues, and pull reports.
  • Design, build, and optimize automation, pipelines, and reporting dashboards to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with departmental leaders to define CRM requirements, implement best practices, and ensure consistent adoption of HubSpot across business units.
  • Ensure that both technical documentation and user manuals are kept up to date and correct.
  • Develop and enforce CRM governance, ensuring data quality, standardized processes, and platform scalability.
  • Play a key role in transitioning new brands and business units onto HubSpot, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with existing processes.
  • Stay up to date with HubSpot releases and CRM best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for platform improvement and new functionality.

What We're Looking For

  • HubSpot platform proficiency across all Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Ops).
  • Experience creating and managing workflows and marketing automation.
  • Ability to extract insights from data and create dashboards.
  • Ability to report on, clean, and maintain data hygiene as well as manage large datasets of 70,000+ contact records.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to train and onboard new users and troubleshoot issues.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Progressive experience in marketing, sales or a related area.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, and holding HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience assisting with change management and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and align strategic priorities across teams.
