Pyrovio is hiring a CI Specialist Consultant – Process Improvement

About the Role

Pyrovio is seeking a CI Specialist Consultant – Process Improvement to work directly with a range of clients, from SMEs to Fortune 100 firms, on long-term engagements. You will be responsible for delivering and overseeing the implementation of process improvement recommendations, ensuring lasting operational impact.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and implement process improvement initiatives within assigned projects.
  • Serve as the primary resource to project teams in support of all process improvement efforts.
  • Conduct process mapping, flow design, and analysis with clients to identify improvement requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of recommendations and coordinate with other consultants.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators for the current state and track them during and after implementation.
  • Mentor and coach team members on business process modeling, Lean/Toyota Production System, Six Sigma, and business process engineering.
  • Develop new process improvement knowledge to support client initiatives.
  • Coordinate process development activities within a client's organization.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and map their business processes and lead organizational change.
  • Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide leadership decisions.
  • Deliver value on process design and improvement initiatives, helping clients identify needs and realize solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Undergraduate Degree in a technical field with two years of professional experience, a Graduate Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong skills in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Demonstrated success in analysis-driven problem solving.
  • Experience in data analytics, data presentation, and KPI/dashboard development.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with client personnel.

Nice to Have

  • Solid understanding of tools and techniques required to develop or improve business processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience using process improvement tools to drive organizational change.
  • Prior experience in Lean Leadership, Toyota Production System, Six Sigma, or process design and re-engineering.
  • Experience in Industrial Operations Engineering.
  • Knowledge of the utility, construction, or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of process modeling and process diagramming software and tools.
