Carda Health is looking for a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to manage a patient caseload for our ECG program. You’ll conduct patient screenings, analyze ECG rhythms, and deliver high-quality remote cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Our team believes in the power of telehealth to expand access to care and is passionate about transforming care delivery.
What You'll Do
- Oversee a patient caseload to complete the setup and removal of ECG recorders.
- Conduct patient screenings for the ECG program, reviewing qualifications and eligibility.
- Participate in patient enrollment through phone or session discussions.
- Review, analyze, and interpret ECG rhythms.
- Communicate ECG findings with internal and external physicians.
- Complete necessary documentation and billing claims for ECG monitoring.
- Perform a wide range of tasks, from designing patient exercise programming to resolving technical issues.
- Work directly with founders to innovate and improve our digital care delivery model.
- Collaborate with our technology team to ensure a smooth experience for patients and clients.
- Ensure a great, engaging rehab experience for our patients.
- Take pride in delivering high-quality care and empowering patients to take ownership of their rehabilitation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent.
- 1+ years of relevant, high-performing experience as an Exercise Physiologist.
- Strong anatomy and physiology skills.
- Above-average proficiency working with mobile technology.
- Great interpersonal skills that foster a caring patient environment.
- Diligence, organization, and the ability to create and adhere to repeatable processes.
- Ability to perform with little direction in a high-growth, early-stage startup.
- Attention to detail.
- Required Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts ending by 8:00 PM EST.
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent.
- ECG technician certificate strongly preferred OR 1+ years experience as a trained ECG technician in a healthcare setting.
- ACSM certification.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience working in clinical studies.
- Remote work experience.
