Netrix Global is looking for a temporary PC Deployment Technician to ensure the timely and accurate completion of customer projects onsite in Audubon, PA. You will work both independently and as part of a team, participating in large-scale, high-volume deployments with direct client interaction.
What You'll Do
- Travel onsite to clients to perform PC refreshes, following scripted procedures to migrate end-user data and configure software.
- Work with a team lead on a daily schedule to refresh multiple machines while tracking required data on deployment sheets.
- Configure iPads, Microsoft Surfaces, and laptops for remote users at Netrix and onsite at the client site.
- Interact with end users during deployments and with client IT staff on deployment issues and other needs.
- Leave end user's work area in as good or better condition than when arrived.
- Reach out to Team Lead immediately if issues with deployment arise.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with various Microsoft Operating Systems platforms (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11).
- Experience working with Mac OS platform.
- Experience with Microsoft Office configuration and usage.
- Ability to perform printer installations.
- Ability to set up laptop docking stations and peripherals.
- General PC troubleshooting skills.
- General networking knowledge and skills.
- Ability to follow documented processes to install and configure software.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Organization, attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, teamwork, and excellent time management skills.
- Must display utmost professionalism and courtesy as a direct company representative onsite.
Nice to Have
- A 2-4 year degree.
- A+ and/or Network+ certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
