HSO International is hiring a D365 F&O Lead SCM + AWMS Consultant to guide the delivery of Supply Chain and Advanced Warehouse Management solutions. In this role, you will leverage your 8-10 years of experience to steer implementation practices, provide expert advice, and ensure our global services align with client needs and industry standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Advanced Warehouse Management System (AWMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and ensure optimal solution delivery.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and performance metrics, ensuring adherence to milestones and quality standards.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants and assist in their training and development within SCM and warehouse management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and contribute to the development of internal best practices.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve issues post-deployment to maintain customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management implementation and support.
- Strong background in Advanced Warehouse Management; knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Proven leadership experience managing complex projects, with a focus on SCM and AWMS.
- Ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in multicultural environments.
- Flexibility to travel if needed and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications in F&O modules would be highly advantageous.
