About the Role

Jobgether is looking for an Implementation Workflow Specialist to lead the deployment and adoption of our veterinary practice software. You will manage complex implementation projects, ensuring smooth configuration, training, and integration for clients across the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Configure and customize software solutions to meet client-specific requirements, including templates, workflows, pricing, and integrations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for veterinary staff and provide ongoing guidance to ensure adoption and proficiency.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and best practices.
  • Manage project risks and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain clear documentation and handover materials for support and account management teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, veterinary, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading complex software implementation projects in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
  • Strong understanding of veterinary workflows and practice management software.
  • Expertise in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide training, mentorship, and technical support to end-users.
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% annually, including extended or weekend hours when necessary.

  • Experience with Vetspire software.
