RemoteVA PH is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and can work independently while managing multiple priorities.
What You'll Do
- Perform data entry and maintain organized spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Manage email communications — respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.
- Assist with quote requests, vendor communications, and basic purchasing coordination.
- Support day-to-day operations with various administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure records and documents are properly managed, updated, and accessible.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Support Staff.
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and Shopify.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in meeting deadlines.
