About the Role

SupportYourApp is hiring a Chat Support Consultant to deliver high-quality customer support for a cryptocurrency trading platform. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via live chat and email, building positive relationships and providing accurate solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality customer support for crypto trading via live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints.
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback, providing valid, accurate information and solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s trading platform and general market conditions.
  • Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.

What We're Looking For

  • Native Romanian language proficiency.
  • Strong English proficiency (minimum C1 level).
  • At least 6 months of live chat support experience.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB of RAM).
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to Have

  • Live chat support experience in crypto or financial services.
  • Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
  • Crypto industry knowledge.
  • CRM experience in Salesforce.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position with a global team. The role requires adaptability to different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
