RemoteVA PH is hiring a Dental Billing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely entry of dental insurance claims. You will use your expertise in dental procedures and coding to manage the complete claim lifecycle from a remote, work-from-home environment.

What You'll Do

Enter and submit dental insurance claims accurately using dental billing software.
Review treatment notes and verify all procedures are properly coded with CDT codes.
Ensure patient and insurance information is correct before claim submission.
Track and update claim status, following up on pending or rejected claims.
Post insurance payments and adjustments when necessary.
Communicate with dental office staff and insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
Maintain organized and accurate claim records for auditing and reporting.

What We're Looking For

Experience in dental billing and claim entry.
Knowledge of dental insurance plans, CDT codes, and EOBs.
Proficiency with dental billing software such as Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
