Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures, and management systems aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard identification across all operational areas to identify potential workplace hazards
- Plan and execute internal and external audits to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain detailed HSEQ documentation, records, and databases; prepare reports and metrics for management review
- Provide professional guidance and support to management and staff on HSEQ matters and regulatory compliance
- Deliver training programs and awareness initiatives to promote HSEQ knowledge and best practices across the organization
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure organizational compliance with evolving standards
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and certification auditors, as required
- Analyze HSEQ performance data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive organizational performance
