Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and Benefits modules, including business processes and validation rules, following industry standards.
- Manage benefit administration tasks such as eligibility criteria, plan setups, life events, and coordination with external vendors.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Shared Services to collect requirements and implement system updates.
- Deliver advanced technical support for Core HCM and Benefits functions at Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels.
- Coordinate with Workday Product Owners and stakeholders to manage application changes and escalate issues when needed.
- Support roadmap planning and maintain backlogs for system enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, local, and internal regulatory requirements across all system configurations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation that aligns with organizational and audit standards.
- Oversee Workday configuration deployments across environments, manage batch job schedules, and support system stability for continuous operations.

Compensation
This position is eligible for bonus and/or incentive compensation.
Other
- Employees averaging 30 or more hours per week qualify for full benefits.
