Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR Global Project Manager to convert talent acquisition needs into technical specifications for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Lead the functional management of the Global Career Site in partnership with Corporate Communications, focusing on user experience, mobile optimization, and conversion efficiency.
- Manage the technical setup of SuccessFactors Onboarding, ensuring smooth data transfer from offer acceptance to Employee Central for an enhanced first-day experience.
- Serve as the primary functional contact for the Talent Acquisition technology suite, overseeing integrations with third-party assessment and background check providers.
- Ensure integrated systems deliver a unified, seamless experience for recruiters and candidates through robust workflow design.
- Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing and regression testing for all Talent Acquisition modules to maintain compliance and system integrity during biannual updates.
- Lead system training sessions, create documentation, and demonstrate platform capabilities to global HR teams to promote adoption and self-service usage.

Salary Range $96,500.00 - $121,000.00 USD

- Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
