Jobgether is looking for a strategic HRBP to partner with our dynamic, fast-growing North America team. You will serve as a key advisor to leadership, implementing talent strategies and supporting organizational effectiveness in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the HR Business Partner for the North America region, advising leadership and supporting team development.
- Develop and implement talent development plans to foster career growth and skills enhancement.
- Collaborate with business departments to understand needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Implement strategies for talent attraction, retention, and motivation to ensure team efficiency.
- Support cross-cultural communication and team-building initiatives to strengthen cohesion and collaboration.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of HR experience with a strong background in talent development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills to engage effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
- Ability to support remote work and operate independently in a dynamic environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
