Responsibilities include: - Supporting talent management programs related to employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and onboarding - Managing and improving the onboarding process for GOC LATAM, including trainee leadership, compliance tracking, and process enhancement - Implementing re-onboarding initiatives across the organization - Overseeing Learning & Development activities, tracking calendars, monitoring indicators, and developing training materials - Administering performance management cycles, ensuring effective execution and communication - Ensuring compliance with local labor regulations - Collaborating with HR and business leaders to promote continuous improvement - Supporting additional HR projects as assigned Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources - English proficiency (B2+/C1) - 2 years HR experience focusing on employee lifecycle stages - Strong understanding of HR principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to multitask and navigate complex matrix structures - Initiative and adaptability - Passion for creating engaging employee experiences - Solution-driven with a strong growth mindset - Mexican labor law knowledge preferred Life at WPP Media & Benefits WPP Media invests in employee growth, offering opportunities to pursue passions, expand networks, and learn cutting-edge marketing insights.
