Graphic Packaging International is hiring an HRBP Associate Manager. In this role, you will perform specialized HR consulting to the business, focusing on solving people and cultural issues, enabling business change, and advocating for HR programs. What You'll Do
- Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others and mobilize resources.
- Manage one or more direct reports.
- Be responsible for the monitoring and achievement of operational and/or financial results for your area.
- Perform people management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
- Supervise entry-level and experienced professionals and potentially para-professional employees.
- Set goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
- Work on issues of general scope, analyzing situations or data requiring evaluation of various factors.
- Apply a general understanding of the business and coordinate with other areas to achieve department objectives.
- Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and administer schedules and performance requirements.
- Make decisions that impact work processes and outcomes.
- Interact frequently with internal personnel and occasionally with external personnel.
- Participate and present at meetings with internal representatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $86,250.00 - $115,000.00.
