About the Role

Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email within service level agreements
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes affecting HR practices
- Document case interactions and outcomes in the company system
- Escalate high-risk cases to senior advisors when necessary
- Support clients with drafting HR documentation such as letters and policies
- Ensure consistent application of processes across all support cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support workflows
- Contribute to knowledge base development for common HR queries
- Monitor case load and prioritize urgent matters effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
- Participate in training sessions to enhance HR expertise
- Provide feedback on product-related HR challenges
- Assist in onboarding new clients to the platform
- Track metrics related to case resolution and client satisfaction
