Employment Hero is looking for an HR Support Consultant to join our UK team. In this role, you will be a key partner to our clients, ensuring their ongoing success and high adoption of our HR platform by providing expert support on compliance, legislation, and best practices. You will act as a vital link between our customers and our product, using your insights to drive improvements.
What You'll Do
- Support customers post go-live by resolving HR-related queries with care, speed, and accuracy.
- Drive confident HR platform adoption and usage by offering proactive guidance and compliance expertise.
- Contribute to ongoing product and process improvements using customer feedback and insights.
- Reduce HR support escalations by providing effective first-touch resolutions and sharing knowledge.
- Guide clients through updates and troubleshooting, including award interpretation and platform configuration.
- Respond to HR queries from internal teams and external clients via email, phone, and our platform.
- Manage client and team HR escalations.
- Assist with requirements gathering for post-mortems and facilitate internal support team workshops.
- Help troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with internal teams for successful resolution.
- Work closely with your team of Support Consultants to lead platform adoption and meet client-specific requests.
- Build and improve documentation, and embrace new technologies to enhance service for customers and your team.
- Simplify and improve processes to increase team efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Strong and polished verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience working in SaaS and customer support.
- Previous experience in setting up, implementing, or administering HRIS/HCM systems.
