Responsibilities
- Converse with AI models in both English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
- Capture reproducible error traces.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Expertise in human resources including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor law, and HRIS systems
- Experience with HR operations in international or bilingual environments
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
