Vodafone is looking for an HR Specialist to support the delivery of all central HR activities within Consumer Operations. This is a broad HR generalist role where you will support reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

What You'll Do

Work directly with a subfunction to deliver people plans aligned to the broader People agenda.
Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions.
Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting.
Support employee relations cases and TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity.
Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact.
Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation.
Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks.
Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience operating within a HR Partnering role.
An analytical mindset, with prior experience of Excel and using data insights to paint a story.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders, with prior experience of managing complex, senior stakeholder groups.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining high standards of quality.
An understanding of Employee Relations, with prior experience of managing ER cases.
