nVent is hiring a HR Specialist

nVent is looking for an HR Specialist to provide comprehensive HR support for our IMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and HR Advisory Services, ensuring data integrity and supporting our employees.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to strategic discussions and work on the compensation structure.
• Consolidate inputs such as attendance sheets, leave records, statutory contributions, incentives, and conveyance.
• Handle employee grievances related to salary, compensation structure, and taxation for IMEA locations.
• Correct arrears in salaries and collect employee investment proofs.
• Support in processing increments and promotions.
• Work with the global team to support annual compensation benchmarking.
• Handle statutory compliances including filing PF, ESI challans and returns, LWF, Shops & Establishment Act, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages Act.
• Allot UAN to new joiners and manage monthly PF/ESI challan generation and annual reconciliation.
• Support the issuance and renewal of licenses.
• Train new joiners on various benefits and the GreytHR system.
• Maintain and update the employee database, including personal data, salary data (PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus), attrition, new hires, and appraisals.
• Provide data analysis reports for management meetings.
• Handle HR audits and guide the team through HR process audits on a timely basis.
• Prepare the PAN India holiday chart.

What We're Looking For

• A Graduate degree plus an MBA in HR.
• 6 to 9 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong proficiency in Ms. Excel.
• Experience with Workday or any other ERP system.
